By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We offer:

Digital downloadable artwork.
Made-to-order fine art prints.

Product images are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, lighting conditions, and production materials.

Frame, furniture, and decorative items shown in lifestyle images are for display purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.

By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that:

no physical product will be shipped;
you are responsible for downloading and storing your files;
digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

4. Made-to-Order Prints

Our physical prints are produced specifically for each order.

Production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

Because each print is made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, shipping carriers, customs processing, and destination.

5. Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after digital files have been delivered.

Made-to-Order Prints

Because every print is produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

change of mind;
incorrect size selection;
personal preference;
accidental orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

When approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, graphics, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Garoa Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

You may not:

reproduce the artwork;
redistribute digital files;
resell the artwork;
use the artwork for commercial purposes;
modify or create derivative works for resale.

Personal use only unless otherwise authorized in writing.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Taxes and shipping costs (when applicable) will be calculated during checkout.

8. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

shipping carriers;
customs authorities;
weather events;
strikes;
other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garoa Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
